What’s the value of a membership vs. booking services individually?

Members save 10-30% monthly compared to one-time bookings and get access to exclusive perks, gifts, and early booking priority.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?

Yes! We understand life changes —simply give us 14 days’ notice and we’ll adjust your membership accordingly.

Is there a minimum commitment?

We offer monthly memberships with no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime with 14 days’ notice before your next billing cycle.

Can I customize what’s included in my membership?

Our Bespoke Luxury tier is fully custom. For other tiers, we can accommodate minor adjustments —just book a consult beforehand and we can discuss during your consult!

What if I don’t use all of my services in a month?

We encourage regular use, but we know life happens. Prestige Paw and above members get a 10-day grace period to use rollover services.

Do you offer weekend coverage?

Yes!

  • Elite Concierge includes weekend care.
  • Prestige Paw and Well Treated Pet members can add weekend services à la carte.
  • Bespoke Luxury includes full 7-day availability.

Can I use my membership while I travel?

Absolutely! We can support your pet while you travel —or travel with you! Our Elite Concierge and Bespoke Luxury members enjoy exclusive travel concierge perks.
